Data collected through electronic forms awaiting transmission may be stored temporarily on the server and are encrypted with 128-bit AES encryption.
Hosted data are stored in a secure server environment protected by firewalls and other technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Connection to applications on the hosted Windows 2008 Server is made through RDP Version 6 or higher with 128-bit RC4 encryption and strong server authentication algorithms. The Advantage Database Server encrypts the application databases on the server using 160-bit RC4 encryption.
